• Train and fine-tune internal models on aggregated and de-identified data (we do not sell your documents and do not use identifiable document content to train third-party foundation models)

• Send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, and AI infrastructure providers who are contractually obligated to protect your data
• Professional advisers — our legal, accounting, and compliance advisers when reasonably necessary
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fair Leases, our users, or others
• With your consent — any other sharing you authorize

Fair Leases uses artificial intelligence models to help generate and review documents. When you submit content to the platform, portions of that content may be processed by AI systems (including third-party model providers operating under contractual data-protection terms) solely to produce the output you requested. We do not permit third-party model providers to use your identifiable content to train their public models.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@fairleases.com. Some records may be retained in backups or as required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a portable copy of your information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Opt out of marketing communications

California residents: You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Fair Leases does not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect functionality.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review — designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that higher age applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Fair Leases is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring your information to the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice (such as email or an in-product banner). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
